STRATEGIC HR MANAGER

Vicki leads the People and Performance Solutions team. The team provides best practise strategic and operational human resources advice and support to the wider Group to ensure we have the right people in the right roles to achieve sustainable success. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Management Studies (honours) majoring in human resources and marketing. She has built over 15 years experience in human resources both in New Zealand and the UK with companies such as Telecom New Zealand and the National Australia Group in Europe. Most recently she led the human resources direction in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore for APV, a global process engineering company. Vicki is hugely passionate about encouraging and supporting people to be their best, and about positioning WISE as an employer of choice.
